Mariana Tschudi (1979) is a Peruvian visual artist that uses mainly video as a source of expression. Mariana studied fine arts in Corriente Alterna Art School, in Lima-Perú, and then transferred to (Rhode Island School of Design, USA) where she graduated with a BFA. In 2003 she was invited to Participate in the Robert Flaherty Film Festival, NY. Since then she had done various projects including animation projects sponsored by RISCA (Rhode Island State Council on the Arts). In 2007 she funded the digital art company “ADEMAS” which is mainly dedicated to experimental motion picture projects. (www.ademasarte.com). In 2009 Mariana produced and directed the first Peruvian web series “El Sindrome de Esto es el Colmo” (www.sindrome.pe). She is currently a member of D76 photogallery.
